Humphrey Lyttelton
Humphrey Lyttelton died today. He was 86. He hosted “I’m sorry I haven’t a clue, which is a funny show I have always listened to, and played trumpet on one of my favorite Radiohead songs:
I was lucky enough to see him perform in Oxford at the South Park show in 2001. He was entertaining. -
Happy birthday Rob
It was Rob’s birthday today. Nigel bought him a cake:

Some woods somewhere
First bluebells of the year:
Some people have spent this winter moving mud. It takes a long time to build jumps.
If you haven’t helped moving mud at some trails somewhere this winter, do you think that it is fair to expect other people to let you ride on their mud that they spent so long moving?
Don’t be surprised if you turn up at the trails for the first time this year in July to be told where the spades are. There’s still plenty of digging to be done in July.

Fun in the woods
More digging today. Four people at the woods including new boy Jack. Pretty good to have so many people helping out for a change.
There is still a lot of stuff to be built, but hopefully a lot will get done tomorrow. Greg is always hungry:
The woods is a pretty fun place to be at the moment. If you’re not there you’re missing out. Spring is good times.

Busy busy busy
Did a 12 hour day today. Now I am tired.
There are lots of baby bunnies around.
At the moment I a really into last.fm. You can see my recent tracks on the right. Its really amazing – you get free music all day, and it’s tailored to your taste. Your own personal radio station. Sign up so I have more freinds!

Trails in the Spring
Who wants to go to Paris anyway.
The clocks changed. This is good news for the trails as nothing is ready for the summer. Seven people have helped dig this year in one way or another. One of them is Greg:
I went to Hills and Mountains last night. They are looking good for the jam on Sunday.
