January was a combination of sickness and long flights which meant a lot more screen time than usual.

How/What did you like about “Make it stick”?
A couple of years ago, I read a similar book, “A mind for numbers” by Barbara Oakley (also in Coursera as “Learning to learn”). Comparing the TOC of “Make it stick” to what I remember about Barbara’s book they seem to touch similar topics: spaced repetition, mix work-hard periods with resting periods during the day.

Make it stick isn’t really about work habits, its about how you communicate your ideas in a way that people will listen to. I found it helpful. In summary the take away is “tell stories”!
