Joeys wood (home of Joey’s trails) is up for auction (details). The guide price says ?2000 – ?3000 but I expect it will sell for more than that.

This is scary becasue if someone buys it the trails will probably get plowed. Does anyone have any ideas how we could solve this problem?

The auction is on Friday the 13th of April, so only 2 weeks away.
